Bucilla Arctic Santa Felt Stocking Kit 86653

I love the stocking and it is working out well, but I've sewn for years and love needlework. My chief complaint is the illegibly stamped pieces. Some are clear, but some require some detective work to figure out. I'm quick to add that I've done several Bucilla kits over the years and this is the first one I've had a problem with; maybe the machine was low on ink. I think I would suggest to a person who is new at this craft to try another of their kits to start on, but I will continue to buy Bucilla as long as I don't have another repeat of the problem with another kit.

The Rose of Five Petals

I love this book! I bought it years ago and occasionally re-read it to remind myself of important messages in the book. I think I relate personally to the author's personal journey from a rather prescriptive (traditional?)Christianity to a universal faith based in Christian beliefs... I have definitely moved into a faith based in the Spiritual realm! I've given the book to several friends and have even lead a discussion group about it! It is definitely a personal favorite. It does NOT simply re-state what you've always been taught. It makes you think, question, and grow in your personal belief. What more could you want?
