Artisan mini beater can be beat
It is hard to find blades for the artisan mini, so that I COULD is good. There is no internal structure as the image depicts. Rather, it is open. This makes cleaning easier and mixing less efficient.

Good start
Reusable pods render this machine much more affordable in the long term. The operational learning curve is short and the all metal machine should hold up well.
