the ad in ebay said that it had windows 10. Well it did not have windows 10 it had windows 7. So I tried to get windows 10 downloaded and installed but have been unsuccessful the download stopped at 8% and a storm knocked out the power so my machine went off so I could not leave it on for a few weeks to try to get windows 10 installed on a computer that said it came with windows 10. I tried to make the machine faster so I bought a ssd and cloaned the hard drive to the ssd and hooked it to the unused sata data slot on the mother board but it would not work. The machine would not start so I took the ssd off of the cable and hooked up the hard drive and tried to start the machine but it would not start. I took the cable off of the motherboard and the machine started then so later I tried to hook the ssd up to the cables that went to the hard drive alone and it finlley started. I think that I bought a piece of junk. That is what I think of this computer. But that is just my opinion. My first computer in the 80's was a 8088 so I have been around computers for a while. I like Dell. But this computer was NEW so I thought I would try it. the computer repair man said that lenovo was the best.

what was all wrong with the computer
2 of 2 found this helpful First thing was it would not start. It went into a checking for no start over and over. I tried putting in my own windows 7 but it did not work so I put in a 80 gig hard drive I had and it worked fine then. So I took a 160 gig ssd and cloaned c drive to it and put in the ssd and booted from it worked real good. It is not a 760 it is a 380 so some of the things are different like the hard drive caddy . I had a lot of trouble with getting the video to work but with the 80 gig hard drive I finely got it to do its thing. I will keep it but I thought that you should know what you sent me.
