Great Holster
I bought this for my husband. My son had another brand and he like his so I ordered this one for my husband for Christmas. My son tried this one and liked it so much he immediately ordered another one for himself!

Worked Perfectly
This was a brand new part. My printer had started to wrinkle the edges of the pages. I contacted Ricoh and they said there is only one part that will cause it to do that and it was the fuser unit. Although there was nothing else wrong with the printer. My concern was what if this did not fix the problem. I purchased this and it completely solved the issue. It was relatively simple to install.
