Wires were inverted.

The only issue is with the wiring. The orange and blue wires are inverted in the connector, so I had swap them around to make the door open with the others, otherwise it would work in the opposite way.

The clock spring is not an exact copy of the OEM one

The clock spring is not an exact copy of the OEM one. The original plugs don't plug to the socket properly which causes bad contacts or no contacts at all. Buy the OEM one from Korea.
