Bad product
5 of 6 found this helpful I took great care of my previous LG 3 but after a few years, when initially turned on, it started to continually, intermittently, cycling from a dark screen to the the LG logo. It never fully turned on and the only way that I could turn it off was to pull the battery. Eventually it would not ever start the turn on cycle.
I purchased a brand new LG 5 and within a few days it was doing the same thing! I contacted eBay/seller and they took it back without any hesitation. My new Samsung is working just fine.
