Paid and bought item, apparently received a refund, that I have not received. No explanation or message as to why my item was not sent.

Sincere apologies, however your feedback is not entirely true. You paid via PayPal and I sent refund request via PayPal at 7.26am on Wednesday 22 September including a message via ebay at 7.28am with my apologies and explanation. At 7.33am that same day PayPal confirmed the refund had been processed. PayPal time frames for refunds are out of the sellers control, in future you may want to wait longer than 3 business days and check you ebay messages before leaving false feedback. Have a nice day.
