However, there was a problem with the FedEx shipping carrier delaying package for awhile and not delivering it on time. Thus reason for the shipping time rating in the details (not the fault of the seller, they did their part).As promised the seller refunded a small amount. I would buy again with confidence. A+++

The (used) part turned out to be cracked. Northsidemoto contacted me, prior to shipping but after my payment was received, to notify me and ask if he could refund me. This is the kind of attitude and service that buyers look for.

Purchased a USED printer for $160+ bucks after shipping which is crazy in itself but needed this particular one, and when I received it I noticed there was no power cord. Contacted the seller and let them know that it didn’t have one and if they could send me the power cord. No response at all!! It’s been almost two months and still no response. I guess I’ll just have to go to an electronics store and see if I can buy one that matches. Would not recommend seller due to lack of customer service.
