Gets hot when charging
The battery got really hot during initial charging. Nothing melted, but it was too hot to hold in your hand. I set it on a concrete floor until it cooled. Seems to work OK in the old Makita drill I bought it for, but I haven't run it enough to discharge it yet.

Won't work with Windows 10
It will probably work fine with early OS. The instruction "manual" only covers installation, so you have to figure out the actual operation on your own. I had an old computer with XP and it took several tries to install it.

Works great
There are several websites and YouTube videos showing the replacement process. It is not like dropping in a new AA battery however. You have to partially dismantle the toothbrush and soldering skills on a tiny circuit board are required. Review the procedure before you buy. Shipping takes a couple weeks.
