item is compatible with w10
item works in w10. but i couldn't find driver to make it work in w7 or xp.

nice and quick boil but not glass, more like heat resistant perspex.
after it turns off, wait till the water stops bubbling completely,, the first jug started leaking after 1 year, i suspect it was becoz the water was poured too soon after it shut off, should wait till the water stops boiling completely, it probably damaged the seal because of that reason
