Interestisng book with a new slant on the occupation of the Channel Islands
Bought this because of my Guernsey heritage background and have read extensively on the subject of the occupation as my grandfather was on the Island at the time and was deported after being "convicted" by a German military court of acts prejudicial to the occupying forces. Have only read a few chapters at this stage but it reveals things I never knew.
at this stage, can recommend it for others to read.
