  Provided a note to seller before shipping to carefully pack fragile bulky item. Received item in a clear bubble wrap with shipping label attached. You could see the actual item through the bubble wrap. Item then arrived not as described. Who knows if the shipping caused the damage or item was described inaccurately but the item was going back for a refund. Also, when shipping item back provided incomplete shipping label making returning for a refund difficult. Asked support step in again.
