  The item was dispatched and arrived on time, I plugged it into my computer and got an error message saying that it 'could not start'. After having no luck fixing it with help from the internet, I sent the seller a message as I got a business card in the package saying that they would reply within 12, it has been more than 24 hours and still no reply on how to fix my issue.
