Easy to install, motorcycle cylinder head.
The 19 mm length version of these inserts were installed in the spark plug holes of a 1992 Honda CB750, secured with JB Weld. The lip on these bears down on the cylinder head and discourages damage from unintentional over-tightening the spark plug. The tapping was challenging in the aluminum, and was eased using a mix of fresh motor oil, dish detergent, and water as cutting oil. Hardware store cutting oil and kerosene let the tap stick more. The cylinder head was off the motorcycle. It would be nice if there was a way to get these to positively engage the tapped hole without having to put adhesive into the picture, and I give them five stars anyhow because these are the only 19 mm "solid," not wire inserts that I found readily available. I think these are an inexpensive, straightforward to install insert.

Great starter.
0 of 1 found this helpful This starter (61-304) replaced the original starter from a 1982 Suzuki GS850GZ. It fit directly, with the bolt holes and relief for the positive terminal in the motor enclosure cover both lining up easily. The motorcycle starts more easily and much quieter than with the original motor. The motor came fully assembled, ready to put in the crankcase. Before buying, I checked with Rick's customer service, and they were politely helpful in choosing the correct motor and providing a list of replacement brushes for when they may be wanted. It has been in only a little over a week, and the engine turned over or started about 40 to 50 times, but at this point I would buy again, and recommend this motor.
