Team Android FOREVER
1 of 1 found this helpful This phone? This phone is a BEAST. After having troubles with my iPhone 3gs last year, I got the HTC Aria. I was primarily using it as a transition phone until I could get enough money to by a cheap iPhone 4. However I ended up falling in love with my little Aria and the Android OS. I crossed over and became Team Android ever since. However my Aria couldn't handle everything I wanted it to, the screen was cracked, and I needed a new phone. After looking on eBay for a bout a month the Pantech Burst randomly showed up. At first I was like . . . Pantech? Who is that? Pshh, next. But when I checked out the phone, its specs, and a few reviews on it, I kind of wanted to buy it. So after thinking it over I did. I spend 74.99 dollars on it (it was cheaper than my HTC Aria), and it was the best 74.99 dollars I've spent. The Burst is fast. It might not be as speedier as newer phones but it gets the job done. It was two cameras (front & back) and it takes pretty decent pictures along with great video. The sound on it to me is great. I've read a few reviews where people didn't like the call quality but for me it was loud and good. I'm not keen on Pantech's skin over ICS but installing Go Launcher and a few other Go apps from the Playstore cleared that up for me in no time. This phone is just great. If you want to by a cheap phone for your kid or even yourself, this phone is the one. You get more that what you pay for and yeah. Its awesome :)
