Not precise, but workable.

Alignment of bolts which translates to bearing alignment was off. Luckily I didn't take out the old bearings before and had to rework the existing bolt holes. Also the securing nuts, are hard to grasp when close to the bolt plate. Overall, you get what you pay for. But as I only needed this once it works for me.
