Leaves residue, feels too dry
1 of 1 found this helpful Although I like the results immediately after its applied, within less than an hour, my under eyes feel too dry and tight but also leaves white residue/flaking, even though I wipe the excess off after the initial application after it's dried. I want to give it more credit, but it's not something I can wear all day while at work.
