  Sold and described as like new but when it arrived the cd had light scratches on it and the jewel cd case was broken and split down the middle which was due to it being packed only inside a bubble wrap envelope. I was refunded the postage even without asking for a refund, perhaps this was because of the condition of the CD. The case was obviously broken in transit buy Australia Post due to its packaging. The CD was very reasonably priced even with $4 postage. Thanks

  Hello my friend – it seems as though you haven't checked your eBay messages. Please do so. You will find messages from me that clearly explain what the discount was for. The CD actually came back to me, undelivered. I offered you the postage discount to make up for the delay (goodwill). As for the damage in transit. I can't be responsible for that. I use the post packs Austpost recommended to me, and have never had an issue before. I am sorry that yours arrived with a damaged case. Rod
