Find one that is rolled not folded from the factory..
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is terrible. The cloth/ plastic coated mat is folded into the box when packed at the factory and not rolled. It has bad thick creases which interfere with using a puzzle on it. The puzzle pieces wont sit over the bad creases so they pop up or fall apart. Which of course makes it hard to roll up and store if the creases wont let the puzzle stay together.

Poor clasp
The under side of the metal clasp digs into your wrist and makes your wrist very sore by the end of the day. The original brand strap has a clasp that is thinner and does not push into your wrist.
Im back using my old band and this is now sitting in the draw, wasted of money.

I had to remove the flap door as my cats would not go in otherwise but that's not the products fault.
