Handy in the workshop
This tool is fine for opening magic links. My only qualm is that if the chain breaks elsewhere one still needs a conventional chain tool. So: useful in the workshop, but not so useful on the road.

Useful compendium of the year's events.
Even though I have the internet, it's handy to have a book from which to draw facts, details, and information which you can scrutinise at leisure for a book I am writing.

Puncture repairs
This strip is very versatile. It tends to cope with thorn-type holes rather than e.g. gashes, but it is a good product--as is Weldtite's rubber solution.
