A top quality camera at a bargain price
This model is around 10 years old and cost over £1000.00 when new.
For anyone wanting a top quality DSLR without the expense this is a great option.
Invest in good lens such as the Zuiko 14-54mm and you have a serious piece of kit.
There isn't an automatic setting so you can show off your creativity.
Don't let the 5 megapixel sensor put you off.
It has a Kodak full frame sensor and the results are amazing.
I also have an E-520 which has 10 megapixels.
The E-1 is the better camera. The colour tones are fabulous.
I purchased the E-1 as a back up for a wedding. I will be using this as my main camera.
I paid £102.00 for the E-1 with a 14-45 lens and extra's.
The shutter count was under 3000 to my surprise I expected a lot more.
Must be the bargain of the year.

A High end camera for a reasonable price.
A high end professional camera at a sensible price.
I could have spent a lot of money on a new camera from one of the leading makes and not got anything any better.
I’ve always been a fan of Olympus cameras and lenses, always get great images.
