He is not able to send item and not sure how to process a refund. We were charged on 12/15/23 and still waiting for a refund as of 1/15/24. We have no ill thoughts of the seller, but ebay has not been helpful in getting a refund processed to our card.

Not good
No real complaint except for one....the bag. Poor quality materials and workmanship. Zipper continually snagging.

Disappointed
0 of 1 found this helpful It's not the same as the product of the same name made by Stephan. That company went out of business years ago and now another one is making it with "the exact same ingredients." That may be true but they need some more lessons on how to put those ingredients together because it is not the same product coming out of the tube.
