It isn't dumbed down and has more direct translations in the back for a reference and comparison. 👍

Good and bad...(what's good is really good though)
Some of the theories are great, the basics ways of teaching people to observe themselves in this book are valuable but as you continue along it feels like the wheels fall off and it all gets a little confused/baffling and leaves me with the feeling that yes he may have been some kind of great thinker but also he may have got wound up a bit tight.
Still his concepts for developing self observation in a practical way are very good.
