The item was sold as new in original packaging. The item had the outside top half of the box, but cardboard covering the bottom and tape all around it. It was missing some of the papers inside and the remainder of the packaging. Definitely can't be labeled as new. It was a gift and it now looks like I am giving the person a used item.

Soundcore life 2 NC earbud
First, the sound of one of the pieces was very low, but after I cleaned it with a toothpick it sounded great. The only issue is I can't initially use it far from its charger even if it is 100% charged, and I have to momentarily place it in its charger case and take it out to use it.
