German Penaten Cream 50 ml/ Baby Nappy Rash Cream (New Design)

Best nappy rash and barrier cream ever.

Once I got onto Penaten (thanks to my German Grandmother) my daughter NEVER got nappy rash again. It's both a nappy rash cream and barrier cream. Works a treat on adults too for skin issues like chaffing and cracks.
