Review of "The Every Other Day Diet"
2 of 2 found this helpful This is an excellent book which describes an excellent diet. The book starts by giving the science behind the diet. It then describes how the diet works, and goes on to give recipes you can make yourself and prepared products to eat on the diet. I've painlessly lost seven pounds in eighteen days. I like the diet, and find the book to be a good guide to effectively explain how the diet works.
