Long time coming but believe that to be down to Royal Mail and also that the seller hadn’t paid enough postage. Not sure how that happened but the seller refunded the additional postage which was excellent after sales service in my view. Makes you think and reaassess

Fascinating book from original creator of BBC Radio 4’s More or Less. Clever examples of why chance is important, often overlooked and how you can deal with this important uncertainty in real world challenges eg vaccination programmes. I bought the hardback in 2019 and gifted by copy as a Secret Santa to colleague (in academia) as was out of stock. Then took me all of 2020 to track down another hardback copy at sensible price to replace it. Now finally read the last chapter a year later.
