easy to cook, easy to clean
We used this to bake a 5 lb whole chicken and found we had to keep it in the oven longer than predicted in the recipe - however the results were tender, juicy chicken and easy clean up afterward.
Also cooked thick bacon slices in about 17 minutes. Bacon was crisp and tasty, while the grease collected in the pan under the screen. Easy to dump oil after a suitable cool down, then wipe pan and screen.
Put pan and screen in dishwasher both times and they came out sparkling and not apparent damage either from soap chemicals or heat.
We like it.

Les Miz always and ever!
We made this purchase to replace a copy of a VHS tape version of the Les Miz 10th anniversary concert. This is a very special concert with the very best of the best Les Miz performers from over the years.
We think this particular concert is better than the later 25th anniversary concert.
Watching this show on our big home screen is always a treat and we appreciate, therefore, the quality of this DVD recording, picture and sound!
