Avid HD Omni
2 of 2 found this helpful Not cheap purchase, but like always, get what ya pay for.
There are only 2 Mic Pres, but those 2 pres are the smoothest, clearest pres I've owned.
Almost zero noise or latency.
Just note that (as I understand it) this unit will not connect directly to a computer as most interfaces do.
You'll need the Native Thunderbolt (or maybe theres another?) that acts as a go between and runs the HD functions.
- Again, thats as I understand it.
But it's been a huge improvement over what I had.
