Where's the clips?

Arrived a day early. Was correct item. However in image there definitely were some small bulldog clips. None in box. It may have been a suggestion?

I don't know if it is any good duer to my printer not being able to print ABS. It is not enclosed.

It won't work on my printer. Tried many times. As my printer is not enclosed the material twists off surface.
