  The device was packaged well, however I was unable to track the item (I doubt that this was in the sellers control). The shipping could have been more timely. The item was not fully as described as there was damage to the device with one of the cables being damaged and completely unusable and the battery was dead. As far as value, it was a great buy despite the damage. I was able to make contact with the manufacturer and ordered new cables for around $180.00 which in total is far less than new.
