filter snapped in half under household water pressure. flooded fridge, food, kitchen.
1 of 1 found this helpful had previous filter in place for a couple of years and thought time to renew. 3 days after installation, filter had split in half under standard household water pressure filling half the fridge full of water. fortunately we turned the water off before the fridge filled up and shorted out electrical circuits. all food inside wrecked. kitchen flooded when opened fridge door. still waiting for Aqua Pure to finalise return and refund details. product imported from Korea. obvious quality issues. have since discovered can run fridge water without filter. will certainly not be going back for another flooded fridge and kitchen show.
