Incorrect operation of TPS
While it looks exactly the same it does not operate the same. The keyed shaft rotates clockwise while the proper one rotates anti clockwise. Yes it will still fit but send incorrect signals to the ECU. It did not change gear properly was the first problem noticed. Replaced it with working second hand one and all is ok. Compared it to a ford one and saw that it was rotating the wrong way.
This model appears to fit Mazda and English fords not Australian falcons
