  The item was marked as delivered but I did not receive it. I contacted the seller who apologized and said they would send a replacement but have not done so. I received a refund through eBay so the issue was successfully resolved but my granddaughter isn’t going to receive her chosen gift.

  Seller used misleading item name. It says "record" and I thought was an LP. I sent a message: "Does the record play without skips?". His response: "I don't have a record player but i bought it used and looks great". Turns out, it was two laser discs. ALSO, it was so poorly packaged that the sleeve was severely damaged and both discs were shattered by the time it got to me. Claims not his fault. No refund offered. I will NEVER buy from this seller again.
