A worthy Compilation
The big feature of this collection is it will serve both the casual and dedicated Kinks fan. For the dedicated, they probably own everything they did but to have so many great tracks on 2 CD's makes listening convenient. For the casual fan, well you get to hear some great deeper tracks other than the hits of Sunny Afternoon, Waterloo Sunset and Shangrila.

This Ron Howard documentary is a must for any casual or devoted Beatle fan. This movie, unlike any other of the myriad films about The Fabs, tells it exactly like it was. The "Mania", unprecedented to that level, took its toll which ultimately took them off the road for good. Prisoners of their epic fame. The sheer craziness of what they went through is captured perfectly here. Despite the touring, the band was making a record approximately every ten days throughout the 43 months of touring. Add in 2 full length movies, over 800 performances all around the globe, tells the story as it should.
