Great thing!
Great addition to running. I'd advice to get a smaller size if you're somewhere in the middle between 2 sizes, because it streches well, while the larger gets a bit saggy with phone and keys inside.

Not what I expected
I was expecting something more for psychological standpoint, but this book states mostly basic instructions what to do and what not to do. Seems a bit shallow to me, but may be useful to some people.
