2 of 2 found this helpful Initially I was skeptical about these grips. Once I had them installed and completed three rides, I have become a super fan. I ride a fully rigid SS mountain bike. My wrists were taking an enormous beating this year. Ever since I switched, the majority of my discomfort has been resolved. I would highly recommend these grips to anyone that has discovered how to ride with a proper relaxed grip and is still looking for some added cushioning. I installed mine using windex and I've had zero slippage.

Wish it came with a couple more items
The kit served its purpose. I wish it had included a couple more parts that I had to buy separately. The intake gaskets had to be replaced, as well as the fuel primer bubble. If the kit came with the added parts it would have made it absolutely perfect. Keep that in mind should you need this kit.

Oakley Radarlock Prizm Trail
I bought these glass for mountain biking specific applications. I have used them several times and they work as described. The trail is more vibrant and the shadows are lightened to reveal the trail more clearly. These are best suited for lower light conditions. My only complaint is that the frames are slightly squeaky. It has not been a problem on the bike though. I can only hear the noise when they are touched. I intend add the red iridium lenses for road conditions to this frame very soon.
