Buy it for your lower radiator hose.

When I started in the Automobile Service Business, in 1973, I recall all lower radiator hoses, had a spring reinforcement inside. Not so much any more. The spring prevents the lower hose from collapsing, at higher engine speeds and restricting coolant flow. I recommend a spring like this!
