FDA approve is on the photos that they have displaying that's why I trusted that it is the original and ordered it, I received it without the FDA mark,the packaging is well an sealed but one of the box has watermark since its a spray I assume it just went off an stain the box anyways I love how they packed them and sealed them also arrived quicker than the delivery date I order 5 so I will use all on my tummy stretch marks an leave a review if item works when they are done they mini sprays btw
