A cure for arthritis? Yes!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I first read this book in the early 80s when my arthritis was so bad, I had to crawl on my knees and the heels of my hands to the bathroom in the morning. My feet were too painful from arthritis to walk, and my hands were essentially crippled from stiffness and pain to the point where I had to use my palms to turn on the hot water to run over my hands to relieve the pain and loosen them up enough to be able to put my clothes on. I had looked everywhere for something, someone, who could at least help me relieve the pain. My specialist MD told me there was nothing he could do but give me medication to alleviate the pain, but all the meds did was make me sick in still other ways.
Then I read this book by the naturopathic doctor, Paavo O. Airola. What a revelation it was! Dr. Airola explains the CAUSES of arthritis, and he explains in extreme detail what you must do to CURE your arthritis. What this book recommends you do is not easy. This book is for anyone who is serious about curing their arthritis. It is NOT for those who expect to be cured by some magic silver bullet pill or combination of them. If you are to cure your arthritis, you must, like I did, follow the advice in this book faithfully. It will require you to radically, and forever, change your eating habits, and for several months, even your lifestyle.
It will not be easy. I have loaned this book to several friends who had arthritis in varying degrees of severity, and none of them were willing to even try to cure their arthritis using the directions in this book. They chose to live with the pain rather than change their eating habits and lifestyle as radically as is required by Dr. Airola in this book. The book is loaded with examples of people who cured their own arthritis; some of them having been afflicted for decades.
I used the advice in this book to cure my arthritis. I have been free of arthritis for nearly 30 years now. If you are serious about curing your own arthritis and are REALLY willing to radically change your eating habits and lifestyle, this book is for you.

Quality products made to last
The wide selection of bit sizes makes this set ideal for a large variety of small screws. The driver handles are very substantial, allowing a solid and firm grip while the rotating driver heads and allowing you to continue contact with the driver with one hand while you re-position your other hand to continue the driver rotation. The overall larger size of the handles facilitate easy control of the driver by even the largest of hands.

Simple and easy to use CD/DVD Printer
1 of 1 found this helpful I've owned and used the Primera Signature III CD/DVD printer for several years, and have used it to successfully print several hundred CDs and DVDs. Though it uses a parallel printer cable to connect to the PC, it can also be connected to a USB port via a USB to DB25 Female Port Converter. I found that I could get photo quality printing when using the printer's highest print resolution of 1200 x 1200 DPI. You can set it to print at lesser resolutions, but the quality will suffer if you do.
My printer came with Sure Thing CD Labeling software, and I found that I could print just about any image and background combination I wanted using this program with the Signature III. It comes with lots of fonts and pre-setup designs, so you don't have to spend a lot of time designing your label if you don't want to. If you are the artistic type, you can do it all from scratch using your own pictures, text and graphics.
Overall, it is a great little printer that has stood the test of time. Mine has been a very durable workhorse for me, and I have never had a problem with it. It is still a very popular printer in spite of the fact that Primera has introduced some newer models since the Signature III came out several years ago. I recommend it highly.
