Great results with not too much effort.
This is the second time I have purchased this book! I was in in my thirties last time and had lots of free time as my wife worked at different times. I loved practicing and really reaped the benefits . Cutting a long story short, being retired and more time on my hands....well, you’ve guessed it.! Any one can practice (even with some disabilities) as you work at your level! I would recommend to anyone who wants to “strengthen “ their body and calm their minds...best money you will ever spend on a fitness book!

It’s got everything I need.
My granddaughter set everything up as I have tremor problems! She said it was easy.
Learning how to use has been a bit slow but that’s down to me , not the unit! I think I was just so used to my old Sky handset that re learning has been different. I can use it fully now, I must that some buttons are a tad small for me but that’s not the unit’s fault!. It was a good choice and I’m thrilled with it.
