I've got what I paid for.
First of all, it arrived on time and the first setup was easy.
The android App still needs some work, due to some bugs it has.
The transfer speed are very slow, so if you plan to move big files, please take your time.
The tethering option doesn't work like it says in the manual. I had to contact Vantec support and they were able to help me out. After that, I was able to use it like it is.
The good thing I found, was when I was streaming a movie to my kids tablet. No lag or drops on the video stream.
Conclusion, I do recommend it but there are other solutions, like a NAS or something more expensive that can do a better job. Vantec needs to improve on the app portion and provide a more robust and reliable software.
