Effective Tool
It's easy enough to make one of these out of any stiff and thin sheet material, including cardboard, but at this price (£4.95 incl postg) why bother? A simple and effective aid to folding and putting away shirsts.

EASY to FIT - EASY to USE
Good looking, well functioning and easily fitted valve. Having the flow control lever fitted so that its broad profile aligns across the path of its travel makes it very easy to operate (especially for those with limited dexterity).

It works for me
I could only breathe through one nostril easily if I slept on the same one side. Using this device enables me to breathe easily through either nostril sleeping on both sides. It adheres quite well and is easily removed. For me, well worth the purchase.
