win 10 issues
2 of 2 found this helpful Regret this dongle will not work properly with Windows 10 as it causes a crash citing " bad-pool-header" this happens every time so have stopped using it as it appears to be incompatible with the current qualcomm wi fi adapter. Even if you disable the QUALCOMM adapter it still crashes to the "bad pool header". Am sure product is good but will not work on my system.

Excellent product. It unblocks ears of wax gently and is much cheaper than going to an ear specialist.
