It seems to put out voltage to the 8 glow plugs. However for some reason it had two bent prongs inside that I had to bend back before I could plug the

It seems to put out voltage to the 8 glow plugs. However for some reason it had two bent prongs inside that I had to bend back before I could plug the two connectors in. Also had scratches on outside leaving we wondering if it's really a new or used item. If it works for the length of time I own the truck then ok.
