I purchased this mug on 3/12/24. Today is 5/24/24. I have contacted the seller multiple times and the mug finally arrived today but instead of it being a red Japan mug, it turned out to be a London mug. This vendor is terrible and I will be asking for a refund.

Took a long time to ship, item was packed in a bag with bubble wrap instead of a box which caused it to get broken in shipping (never ship a hard object in a poly bag just to save money when the bag does NOT provide protection from heavy objects like a box does). However after contacting seller, they refunded the money and did not ask for the item back.
