This thing doesn’t fit
This might fit on a bike with a really thin and tiny frame. I have a 2016 mtb with 1-1/8 headset and this can’t wrap around the headtube without stretching too far and pulling itself into the seam between the fork crown and headtube. It pretty much just inserts itself into the seam and might even trap dirt and sand in there.

Real oem denso 3253
The real thing as far as I can tell. Some of them have electrodes improperly gapped probably from the box being dropped, but that can be readjusted.

Decent DIY Option
I've had this product for a few weeks and it does what it says it does. The CO2 production lasts for about 10 days to 2 weeks, if you're diligent with starting and stopping it when the lights are on or off, before you have to refill the citric acid and baking soda. The quality is okay, although I wish it were easier to control the output, the knob that controls the needle valve is basically a very coarse control mechanism. Fine control is very difficult as you'll have to slightly nudge it clockwise/counterclockwise to get the right amount of CO2 output you want. Also add in that it takes a little while for enough pressure to build up behind your diffuser before any gas will start being bubbling out. As soon as the the pressure required is reached, suddenly you're putting out CO2 too fast and have to dial it back and then wait again to make sure you haven't decreased it too much and stopped the gas flow. If any of this is a deal breaker for you, I'd just forego DIY methods and go spend your money on an actual CO2 tank and solenoid control system.
