Buyer Beware
1 of 3 found this helpful Totally my fault for not carefully examining flash. Arrived on time. Appeared to be working.(had batteries in it) Set on shelf for a month until I needed to use it for a job. Changed out batteries.I then noticed that the old batteries were totally corroded, as well as the contacts. Tried to clean, no avail, Took it to a shop, negative results. Whatever the corrosion had done, left flash has no reasonable refractory period. Flash discharged for 5-6 times in quick succession, after that, I have to wait 10-15 seconds (with new batteries) to get another flash.
Getting back to me.. I should have checked it out more thoroughly and requested a refund. The length of time until I realized the problem was way to long for such a request. I burned myself
Moral of story.
Check item out completely after receiving said item.
And NEVER keep batteries in a device that you are not using, as they will destroy said device.

Great Buy!
I have one just like this, same immaculate condition, perfect working order. I am happy. I will now listen to the Rolling Stones at 100w, and not the neighbors dogs serenading our home.
