  After all, you chose to work with Royal Mail. Your ad has a delivery date (I know the date is approximate but I never received anything in general) these things were urgent for me you stopped my whole project for days because you trusted them (Royal Mail) I understand that they lost them but at the end of the day I am a customer and I do not accept to be a victim of your wrong decision (Royal Mail) For that reason I do not recommend anyone to buy things from you
