Surprisingly bad

We were excited to buy this vac, as we had long desired one. Sadly disappointed. The Roller gets easily full with longer hair and stops suction happening easily. The charge function - doesn't - by that I mean it randomly charges, or chooses not to.. sometimes plugged in for days, and when you go to use it, it is not charged! The easy of emptying is also not as it should be as waste clusters unevenly in the chamber and you have to use your fingers to pull out waste! Hopefully ours is a lemon, and they are not all like this, but we have had too much happening to complain to DYSON but I will eventually... Try something else is my recommendation, at least another model.
